Terms & Conditions

1. Only Business Users of Qu Exchange will be entitled to this feature.
2. A deposit of 300 Qu Point is applicable for each employee registered.
3. The business’s medical account will only be opened once necessary information has been given and deposit has been paid.

Exclusion & Limitation of Liability

Qu Exchange shall not be liable in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise, for (i) any loss of profit, business or revenue, (ii) any costs or expenses, or any special, indirect or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever, suffered or incurred by the User as a result of or in connection with this Campaign.
